Originally from Slovakia, I moved to Sydney in 2013 to seek change, improvement and growth; and add some challenge and commitment into my life.

I began my fitness journey with Taekwon-do when I was 10 years old, and have since expanded my training into the gym with help from a personal trainer. Health and fitness has helped me through some challenging times and has become an enormous part of my life. In 2024, I competed in Natural Bodybuilding competition and placed 2nd in the world in figure category which created a completely different spark and passion for fitness.

I’m excited about life, full of energy, and everything that I do, I give 100%. My goal is to enhance mindsets and guide people to healthier choices, changing their thinking process about diet and training; ultimately find a way that suits each individuals’ lifestyle to make progress.

I like to laugh and have fun, with the goal to make people around me comfortable enough to share anything with me. Most of my clients have called me their therapist as I’m a great listener and empath but I also like to get shit done.

Food is fuel. Our nutritional support is a tailored approach, understanding that to change eating habits is a process that requires time & support. We will help you make better choices, that align with your goals & lifestyle.

If you don’t assess, you guess. We will use a combination of assessment tools including a Movement Screen, Video Analysis & monthly Reviews to ensure that you are getting the best experience possible & moving forward.

Your success lies in the actions you take outside of your PT sessions. To help you through those times, we strive for regular contact – through unlimited email with 12 hour response time & regular messaging.
